How to run a partnership request

Partner turns a vague 'let's collaborate' into a specific proposal. Here's how to find the right business and request a partnership that's easy to say yes to.

Find complementary businesses

Look for businesses that serve the same customers as you with a different offering — the customers you both serve are the fastest way to find real partnership candidates.

Name the partnership type

B2B.ID supports several specific partnership types: referral, white-label, integration, co-marketing, channel or reseller, affiliate, sponsorship, and content collaboration. Naming the type up front makes the request concrete instead of vague.

Send a Request Partnership

Use the structured Request Partnership to state what you're proposing, what you bring and what you're asking for. It's tracked on both B2B IDs so nothing gets lost in a follow-up email.

Keep the record as you go

As the partnership produces introductions, referrals or co-marketing activity, keep it visible in Partner so both sides can see what the relationship is actually producing.
