These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of B2B.ID. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using B2B.ID, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Membership & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and be authorized to represent the business on your profile. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

Businesses agree to engage respectfully and in good faith. Spam, misrepresentation, false proof, harassment and abuse of requests, referrals or recommendations are prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.

Referrals

Businesses use B2B.ID to find, hire, sell to, partner with, refer and recommend one another. The terms of any engagement that follows — including any compensation agreed for a referral — are set between the participating businesses. B2B.ID provides tools to send, record and track requests, referrals and partnerships but is not a party to the underlying agreements.

Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you share but grant B2B.ID a license to display it as needed to operate the platform. You may not use the network's branding without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

B2B.ID is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, referrals or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Arrangements between members

Any engagement that results from a request, referral, recommendation or partnership is arranged directly between the participating businesses. B2B.ID Network LLC is not a party to those agreements.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
